Newly opened in 2005, the Hotel Harmony is housed in a building that dates back to 1859 and situated in the centre of Ghent, 100 metres from the folk museum. The 24 air-conditioned guestrooms have contemporary decor in contrasting black and white, with quilted burgundy bed fabrics and innovatively designed lighting features, modern-style window blinds, and green plant decorations. All include satellite television, minibars, wireless Internet, and bathrooms with hair dryers and slippers. Guests can start the day with a continental breakfast in the dining room or on the garden terrace. The hotel's lounge serves drinks and cocktails as well as a selection of hors d'Oeuvres, and guests relax in armchairs and sofas. Wine tasting with the sommelier is available on request.
